Sout van die Aarde is a range of products created by Chef Karen Du Plessis using only the freshest ingredients, non-irradiated herbs and whole spices. A Passion for using "Real" ingredients and handmixing every batch, makes this range unique. Full of flavour, well-balanced blending and funky packaging, these rubs and shakers are like no other. Innovative 

Recipes are on hand to assist new users and get them Cooking like a Pro! Braai salt and also hand-dried local Gin infusions are amongst the growing range of fun and delicious products!

Kitchen Queen Food Studio

Kitchen Queen Food Studio is a travelling and POP UP Cooking school that teaches cooking classes to individuals at a pre-selected venue. Classes are informal, fun and inspirational, foraging occurs when choosing “Forage and Cook” Packages. Let Chef Karen create an unforgettable cooking experience in the comfort of your chosen venue. All dishes cooked are seasonal, local and slightly challenging! Hands-on cooking with all your ingredients supplied.
